Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging, along with your order confirmation.
Free returns & exchanges if the item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product. We cover the shipping both ways — just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.
For change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, return shipping is at your cost.
Not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items worn, washed, or without original tags and packaging
- Lingerie and intimate items where the hygiene seal has been removed

Message us on WhatsApp at 01114749939 or email nealingeriestore@gmail.com with your order number. Don't send anything back before contacting us — unrequested returns can't be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
لديكِ ١٤ يوم من استلام الطلب لطلب استرجاع أو استبدال.
شروط الاسترجاع: المنتج غير مستخدم وغير مغسول، مع التاج والتغليف الأصلي، وإيصال الطلب.
الاسترجاع والاستبدال مجاناً لو وصلك المنتج تالف أو معيوب أو مختلف عن اللي طلبتيه — إحنا نتحمل الشحن. تواصلي معانا خلال ٤٨ ساعة من الاستلام مع صورة للمنتج.
في حالة تغيير الرأي أو تبديل المقاس، مصاريف الشحن على العميل.
لا يشمل الاسترجاع:
- المنتجات المخفضة أو في العروض
- المنتجات المستخدمة أو المغسولة أو بدون التاج والتغليف الأصلي
- المنتجات الداخلية اللي تم فتح التغليف الصحي الخاص بها
طريقة الطلب: واتساب ٠١١١٤٧٤٩٩٣٩ أو nealingeriestore@gmail.com مع رقم الأوردر. من فضلك لا ترسلي المنتج قبل التواصل معانا.
الاسترداد: بعد استلام ومراجعة المنتج، هنبلغك بالموافقة، ويتم رد المبلغ خلال ١٠ أيام عمل.
